CV with your work experience
Diploma, certificates or TESDA NC (if relevant)
NBI clearance (criminal record certificate)

03 · Legit agency for Europe
How to recognise a legit agency.
Every year, people lose money to fake recruiters promising jobs in Europe. Check these things before you pay anything to anyone.
A real company
A registered company with an address, licence and real people you can talk to.
A named employer
You always know which company you will work for, and where.
Everything in writing
Salary, hours and costs are in a written offer before you decide.
No "guaranteed job" fees
Be careful of anyone asking for big payments for a „guaranteed“ job or visa.
04 · Philippine process
Deployment is processed through the DMW.
As an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), your job order and employment contract must be processed through the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) before you leave. This protects you and makes your deployment legal.
We coordinate this step with a DMW-licensed recruitment partner in the Philippines: [ doplniť názov a číslo licencie partnera ].
Your contract is verified before you fly
You receive the documents needed to leave the Philippines as an OFW
